Ladle Fellowship – Learn & Serve (FULL)

Part of

Ladle Fellowship – Downtown

Since 1983, The Ladle Fellowship has served San Diego’s homeless community with hot meals and clothing. However, for many people on the streets, the lack of hope is an even greater risk factor than lack of proper food, shelter, and clothing. By sharing God’s gospel of grace, and living God’s law of love, the Ladle Fellowship gives help and hope to those on the edge of society in our city.

Join us to learn more about the issue of homelessness, about this powerful ministry, and about the dynamics of San Diego’s downtown neighborhood. This project will focus on the street medicine wing of Ladle Fellowship called Street Corner Care. While prior medical experience is not required, we do recommend this project for adults or older youth because of direct interaction with neighbors on the street.
