Support Afghan Refugees
We see the special care and concern God shows for immigrants—described as aliens, strangers, sojourners, foreigners—throughout scripture. They are our neighbors, and we are called to love them in the name of Jesus. Through our affiliate, World Relief, we have the opportunity to welcome the thousands of Afghan refugees who God is bringing to our neighborhood. You can make sure they see the love of Christ displayed by Americans during this stressful time of transition.
About the Event
Our affiliate, World Relief, is coordinating a variety of volunteer opportunities with Afghan families resettling in San Diego. If you are interested in attending an information session for volunteering as an English coach, mentor, or as part of a Good Neighbor Team, please fill out the form below.
