Join Hope for San Diego to learn about homelessness in North County from local experts. Find out the practical ways we can help neighbors right in our own community! Following the program, we’ll assemble hygiene kits for Solutions for Change and organize canned goods for the Community Resource Center.

Please bring donations of canned goods to contribute to the Community Resource Center food pantry.

Chris Megison, President, Solutions for Change

Solutions for Change is a Hope for San Diego affiliate that seeks to transform lives and communities by permanently solving family homelessness. Since 1993, Chris has designed and led numerous initiatives and innovations that have solved homelessness permanently for over 4,500 people.

Rebecca Palmer, Chief Policy Officer, Community Resource Center

Founded in 1979, Community Resource Center (CRC) is a nonprofit organization serving residents throughout San Diego North County. CRC is dedicated to helping women and children, individuals, and families live safe, self-sufficient lives by providing critical assistance in the areas of domestic violence services, food programs, and emergency and transitional housing assistance.
