Upside Down City on Sunday is going to be a fun and inspiring evening! Here are the key details and if you have questions, you can email [email protected]
Free parking is available at the resort and you can also park along Gleason Road or in the Bahia Point and Ventura Cove parking lots.
The Mission Bay Ballroom is located on the top floor of the 600 Building.
Be sure to check in at guest registration to get your name tag, bidder number, table number, and any drink/raffle tickets you pre-purchased.
All guests should pre-register credit card information online prior to the event so you can use our EXPRESS check-in line. Otherwise, it will take much longer to register each guest’s credit card information manually the evening of the event. (Nothing will be charged to your credit card, this is simply so we can create a unique bidder number for you and you can enjoy the evening freely using your personal bidder number to bid on silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets, game tickets, etc.  At the end of the evening you will be able to authorize any items associated with your bidder number when you check out.)
The Silent Auction Cocktail Hour starts at 6:00pm and all silent auction bidding closes by 7:00pm. Please allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy drinks, appetizers, and the chance to bid on exciting silent auction items while you enjoy beautiful sunset views over Mission Bay.
Cash bar will be available if you didn’t pre-purchase drink tickets.
Attire is dressy casual.
