January 16th- Young Adults' Work Remote Day
WHEN: January 16th, Come anytime between 8am-4pm
WHERE: The Trinity Hub in Carmel Mountain (12220 World Trade Drive)
WHAT: Join us for a day of working remote… but TOGETHER!! We will have snacks and prizes all day long. So invite a friend and get your work done!
COST: Free! If you give a donation, you can access the coffee bar.

February 18th- Ashes and Tacos
WHEN: February 18th at 5:15pm, before the Ash Wednesday Service at 6:30pm
WHERE: Meet us at Ocho Mexican Food & Cafe and we’ll head over to First Presbyterian Church afterwards
WHAT: Come and connect with other young adults over a meal (on us) and then join us for the Ash Wednesday Event nearby following dinner. Never been to an Ash Wednesday event? Come see what it’s all about together. – Space is limited

March 7th- Annual Pickleball Tournament
WHEN: March 7th from 4-8pm
WHERE: Poway
WHAT: Come join San Diego young adults (20’s & 30’s) who are passionate about caring for our city.
We’ll celebrate the amazing things our community is accomplishing, connect in conversation, and hear from key leaders serving the vulnerable in our city…all while enjoying some friendly competition!

The Young Adult Leadership Team is a group of dedicated volunteers who strategically mobilize their peers to serve some of San Diego’s most vulnerable communities by building community and executing impactful events.
Core Commitments of a YA Leader
- Commit to serving for one year on the leadership team. (Jan-Dec)
- Join leadership dinner meetings every other month to collaborate and plan together.
- Take lead in two YA volunteer opportunities each year — one in the first half (Jan–Jun) and one in the second (Jul–Dec). Don’t worry, we’ll help provide the volunteer opportunity; we just need you to show up for the YA group.
- Be part of the YA Leader Retreat and Planning Session on the morning of January 24.
- Become a Hope Partner by giving monthly for the year at any amount to help fuel what God is doing through YA.
